Summary

ToolByte does not collect, transmit, or store any text, images, or files you put into our tools. All processing happens locally in your browser.

Some tools keep their state (your input and settings) in the part of the page link after the #. Browsers never send that part to a server, so a share link carries your content only to the people you give it to. Anyone with the link can see what’s in it, so don’t share links that contain something private. Images and files you drop into a tool are never put in links.

What we do collect

Advertising. Google AdSense serves display ads on some pages. AdSense may set cookies per Google’s cookie policy.
Analytics. Google Analytics counts page visits and general usage, such as which tools are opened, plus a few anonymous events like “exported an image” or “copied a link” with the setting used (for example the canvas ratio). It never receives what you put into a tool. Google may set cookies per the same policy.
Basic server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Standard access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) are kept briefly for security and debugging, then discarded.

What we don’t collect

Any text, image, or file you put into a tool.
Account data. We don’t offer accounts.
Analytics that identify you personally.

Your choices

If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google’s consent message asks before any advertising or analytics cookies are set, and nothing is stored until you answer. You can change your answer later from the privacy settings link the message leaves on the page.

You can also block cookies in your browser at any time; the tools themselves will still work. Redact loads no ads, analytics or other third-party scripts at all.
